Welcome to NARRATE – Narrative Approaches for Professionals Supporting People on the Autism Spectrum on Their Way to Employment, the space for all those professionals who want to learn more about innovative tools and methods, in particular, the Narrative Approach, to empower working with People on the Autism Spectrum (PoAS) to enter the labour market and maintaining their job.

For whom:

• For all those professionals working with PoAS, such as for example educators, teachers, professors, coaches, trainers, social workers, social carers, social-health workers, professional workers in the employment area, work-related therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, management staff in different educational and social organisations, employers, etc.

• For all those professionals working with companies to facilitate processes of inclusion and integration of PoAS employees and collaborators in working environments
  

NARRATE´s main objective is to provide a full-fledged training pathway addressing two fundamental aspects of the daily work of the VET professionals working with PoAS.

1. Supporting PoAS in their transition to the labour market, which means preparing PoAS access work environments and maintain employment

2. Prepare, engaging companies to employ PoAS.
